2018 Lockwood Golf Club Members Championship

The Members Championship

is a Single Player Stroke Play Event Combined with two person best ball.

This tournament will be reserved for members of the Lockwood Golf Course you will have to have an active membership as of October 1st 2018 to be eligible to play in this event.

The Champion or Champions of this event will have their name inscribed on the Lockwood Golf Club Championship Trophy with names being added every year.  We will have an overall Champion,  A senior Champion, and a Women's Champion.   The tournament will be flighted for the 2 person best ball event. 

Entry Fee:   $20.18 per player. 

The entry fee will help cover flights and prizes for closest to the pin,  Longest Drive and Longest Putt.  Along with Paying for the new course trophy and engraving.

Prizes:  

Will be based on number of entries and will be flighted like most C.I.A. tournament events.

Red, White and Blue 2-person Scramble (SOLD OUT)

27 Holes for $37 (per person)

This Price will get you entry fee, lunch, Prizes for Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin and longest putt.  

Mulligans $5.00 each or 3/ $10.00  (limit 3 per person)

$10  Skins per team will also be available.

This is the C.I.A.'s final tournament of 2018 we have a fundraising goal of $1.000 for this tournament.  We have are close to our $10,000 fundraising goal for 2018 and we think with a successful tournament this will put us over the top.  Our plan is to split costs with the city to buy a new fairway mower for the 2019 season.

Rules:

Format 2-person Scramble

Men 59 and under

will play the first round from Reds, second Round from Whites, third Round from Blues. 

Men 60-69

will play Red Tees first round, White tees 2nd and 3rd Rounds.

Men 70 and above

will play the first two rounds from the reds and the last round from the whites.

Women All Ages

will play the first two rounds from the reds and the last round from the whites.

 

Players can improve lie 1 club length (no closer to the hole) anywhere on the course excluding the greens.  Ball must remain in same cut of grass that it came to rest in.
